What is a Syndicate Purchase? 1. The Property Movement will group a number of buyers together to purchase a property. 2. We will assist with the purchasers being able to obtain funding and a Trust relating to the property will be created. 3. The Property Movement along with chosen partners will manage the purchase, settlement, funding and administration of your purchase - this even includes the sourcing of debt finance if required. 4. Once the property is purchased The Property Movement will handle the administrative aspects for you.
